The first main component is a nylon water-resistant outer shell that has a 6" elastic cord which attaches to either a button or a clasp on pants or shorts. Depending on the desired fit, a plastic cord slider will allow for the necessary adjustment. Some wearers prefer the Rooster Sock to slide off naturally once the dribble is soaked-up post urinating and some users prefer a fit that is more secure throughout the day, for the unexpected dribbles. The cord slider adjustment will allow the wearer to "dial in" the perfect fit. The nylon water-resistant fabric is what enables the urine to not seep through and holds the inner sock in place.
The inner sock is made with a premium 100% cotton - thermal fabric that is double layered. It has great absorbent properties and has proven to do its job throughout the day and into the night.
Each order comes with 7 inner socks, which allows for a fresh sock to be worn Monday through Sunday. The socks are machine washer and dryer friendly and do not require any special cleaning instructions.
